Existence of God

GOD: Creator , preserver and destroyer,
does he really exist, what makes people think he exists when no body has seen him( unless sighting UFO means there is life elsewhere too). I mean this world made up of matter where everything can be explained scientifically, just because there are things which are inexplicable and can only be attributed to GOD shouldn't confirm that god actually exists.
To start with the creation of world.. now people think for universe to be such huge and expansive and for there to be life on earth there must be some unknown forces which must be controlling all these otherwise this all can never exist. Ok, may be, but science has proved this all by way of big bang theory, giving way to numerous galaxies and solar systems, then the evolution of earth over the ages, the right elements existing on earth creating the idle conditions for sustenance of life. I believe that matter too has some sort of intelligence where by it will always try to attain minimum energy and maximum stability in a constructive manner resulting in maximum benefit of its own and its surroundings. For eg. lets take the example of formation of salt, the postive ion of sodium and negative ion of chloride both are unstable and not of much use but when both combine keeping up with the law of max stability and min energy in a constructive way they form salt which is very useful. I believe in this very fashion matter would have evolved in an intelligent manner to first form Oxygen and other compounds requisite for sustenance of life and then given rise to biomolecules which would have ultimately evolved to life. Who knows matter would have evolved in a diffrent matter else where to form a diff form of life which we are not aware of.
Now coming to preservation and daily events of life.. now people believe that every thing happens for good and god makes everything happens amd everything is watched by god. So we have a person falling accidently from the 7 floor of building and still alive and a person sitting on a chair falling back and dying, a person being born as physically disabled, certain person becoming a millionaire while another loosing all his fortune when his shop got gutted in fire. All these events being explained as acts of god with the reasoning that the concerned person got the result of the karma's of his present or previous life. Might be true again, but i guess every event in people's life can be explained by means of law of averages and probability. I mean if 100 people were to fall from a height there would be 1 who might not injure his vital organs and escape with bruises and fractures, a certain person makes a fortune by way of lottery because there has to be 1 winner, a fire too can break out anywhere what god has to do if the person din take adequate measures and so on. I mean for every event that seems out of normal person's control or any logical explaination people always claim god responsible. If everything were to be determined by karma then of every plane crash containing 300 people on board there should be atleast 4,5 survivors but we rarely find that happening.
Now coming to destruction, we have all witnessed the Tsunamis, earthquakes, torrential rains, causing large scale destruction of life and property. Well all i can comment on is that earthquake is scietifically caused due to intensive pressure due to molten magma below the earth's crust and matter always wants to attain min energy and max stability and this release of energy results in earthquake. Tsunamis and rains can be attributed to similar concept. Well i did say that matter has intelligence but perhaps it misses human touch because of its non-living nature. We still do hear stories like a certain baby was found floating alive on the phillipines island when every adult around it was dead etc but this still can attributed to laws of averages. If GOD really existed why such events would ever take place.
So the question arises when everything can be explained scientifically how the existence of god can be explained. In way of destiny, how can people predict future, how can the sayings of certain person come out to be exactly true ? who writes this destiny ?
The scientific reason that I could find to it was when you throw a stone in the river the ripples created by it are destined to reach the shore in some later point of time.We all know animals have instincts which tell them of the coming danger as was witnessed in the case of Tsunami when not a single animal was found dead. Similarly some people have this gift of clairvoyance when they are able to see into the future by ways of sensing the wavefronts which have already originated somewhere and are destined to cause some affect. Though still I think one can sense and see the immidiate future but sometimes certain events unfolds in ones life which makes one question the truth behind destiny and existence of GOD. But my belief in GOD gets questioned at times because all I see is destruction at the name of GOD. The world today is witnessing these terrorist attacks on a global scale because the world is divided on the name of religion. The muslims, christians, hindus all seem to be fighting since eternity. So, when the belief in GOD is causing so much destruction why believe at all?
Well all I can say is this is 1 of those inexplicable and debatable things.
My stance since childhood has been to believe in his existence, I always had this inner voice talking to myself, but be never dependent on him or to think he controls things and never be ostentatious in my belief in GOD.
